We offer a free 15-minute initial telephone consultation to all new clients, to discuss your current needs and to check we are the right fit for working together.

Session Fees

Payment for sessions can then either be self-funded or paid for using your health insurance. We are recognised by most major health insurance providers. 

Individual Therapy

(50 minutes)

1:1 Packages Parent Coaching

Single Session (60 minutes)

One Month Support

Ideal for short-term guidance with space to reflect and review: £270

Includes:

• 1 x 60-minute session
• 1 x 30-minute follow-up

Three Months of Support

Ongoing support to create lasting change and build confidence over time: £750

Includes each month:

• 1 x 60-minute session
• 1 x 30-minute follow-up
• In-between messaging & voice note support

Payment

Payment is required in advance of each session via online BACS payment. If using your health insurance, sessions are invoiced and paid for directly by your insurance.

We would appreciate as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. This allows someone else to have access to a session if needed.

Cancellation​

​If you give more than 48 hours notice there is no charge.

However, if you give less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the full fee. Please note – insurance companies do not pay for late cancellations or missed appointments and you will be liable to pay the full fee.

Additional Fees

Any letters, reports, emails, phone calls, or video calls that require more than 15 minutes duration will incur an additional cost - this will be discussed with you on an individual basis. 

If you intend to use private healthcare insurance and your policy does not cover the full cost of each session, you will be responsible for the payment of any fees not covered by your policy. You are also responsible for any excess for your insurance policy.
